I plan on making this easier for myself by breaking my project down into smaller pieces.

Daily Log:

day 1

i got signed in and it took me a while because i didn't know what to do until josh helped me.

Day 2

i just tinkered around seeing what you can do and i got this, this is scene one. scene one is about when he crashed on the island and after recovering he looks around to find resources, I decided that my theme would be a survival games story.

Day 3

I added some more details and then i got this for scene 2! he finds out that the island is rich in the stuff used for brick and so he uses the bricks and makes homemade cement to glue together the bricks and then he flies home.

Day 4

i worked on scene three today and it took me a long time scene three is about him coming home and seeing his mom in the first time in 4 years but she doesn't recognize him at first so she is all weird and then he tells her that he is her son and she starts crying and hugs his mom

Day 5

working on scene four my plan for it is that since he survived in the wilderness and his story about how his survival story went viral and so he got enough money to buy his own island so now he hosts his very own TV show called how to survive in the wild and he gets super rich out of it.

Day 6

scene five will be about how becoming rich changed his life. and about how he became bossy.

Day 7

On day 7, I added all of the islands, trees and people and then i added an eagle.

day 8

Today I added scene #5 and scene #6 and now I am done.

Using co-space website my and my iPad and a cube , I created something that is the second half of my original project because, I thought it would be fun to have a sequel to my story that gives a little bit more detail and depth instead of being a boring story.
During this process, I learned how to make thing smaller and bigger, and make things move and make them angry happy, excited etc.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Knowledge constructor because at the beginning I didn't know how to do pretty much anything, I eventually figured it out by asking a friend or just doing it by myself.
A challenge I overcame on this project was figuring out how to make it so I could make it fit on the cube and look good. I was able to do it by asking a friend or figuring it out by myself. so I could become better at doing things myself and then knowing what to do and then helping others figuring it out when they struggle too.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change my story line and what it would be about. The reason why I would change it is because I think that next time I can do a story more like firefighters because I get to use more details to make it more challenging on myself. so there would be a fire and they would help an old grandma but then she would be fine and they all eat dinner together.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the engineering design CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in computer programming.
