day 1 i used tinker cad and played around
day 2 we made our filliment block
day 3 I figured out what I was doing
day 4 i started it it was hard for me to figure out how to make a cookie cutter
day 5 i made the cookie cutter stonger so it would e able to go through cookie dough and not break.
day 6 I was done and writing my reflection and making sure everything was good

Using Tinker cad, a computer, and an i-pad. I created a stars shaped cookie cutter. I made this, because we dont have cookie cutters at my house. It would add somthing helpful at my house.
During this process, I learned that 3d printing is becoming very common. In addtion I learned that you can 3d print almost anything. People have even created a 3d printed a house.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to empowered learner, because I figured out what I was doing. I also had steps to follow so my project was built correctly. On top of that I was confident in what I was making and I was very determined to make it work.
A challenge I overcame on this project was figuring out how to make a cookie cutter. I also had to find out how to put a hole in the star when the original star didnt have a hole. I was able to do it by trying diffret hings until it worked.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the whole project. The reason why I would change it is because I started thinking of other ideas on the day I finished and I didnt have time to make them.

My project connects to the Engineering Design CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in 3d CAD design because you create the ideas. You also start making the project. Thats what I did I made my design on my project
