7p3 Micro-bit

Using, my Micro-bit, iPad, and computer  I created different micro-bit coding project that includes a name tag dice, sun beams, and smiley faces, because I thought they were cool ideas and I took them and innovated them to be better.

During this process, I learned that coding can be helpful when it comes to building computer things.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Global collaborator  because I made this and put it on a website.

A challenge I overcame on this project was finding good ideas and making them real. I was able to do it by help from the website and thinking of how to improve it .

Given a chance to do this again, I would change some of the projects I did. The reason why I would change it is because they weren't the best I could've made and I didn't have enough time 

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the Computer programming CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in software development because I created games and such with coding.
