Reflection
For project 10 I decided to do the 3D print again. I made Steve from minecraft with rectangles and squares. Something I learned was to even out the sides of the 3D print. Some standards my project tied to were. One a Empowered Learner because I understood the fundamental concepts of technology operations, demonstrate the ability to choose, use, and troubleshoot current technologies, and are able to transfer their knowledge to explore emerging technologies. Two a Digital Learner because I demonstrated an understanding of and respect for the rights and obligations of using and sharing intellectual property. Three a Knowledge Constructor because I built knowledge by actively exploring real world issues and problems, developing ideas and theories, and pursuing answers and solutions. Four a Innovative Designer because I exhibit a tolerance for ambiguity, perseverance, and the capacity to work with open-ended problems. Five a Computational Thinker because I formulated problem definitions suited for technology-assisted methods such as data analysis, abstract models and algorithmic thinking in exploring and finding solutions. A challenge I had to overcome was to add the characters name Steve to the stand but I ended up deleting it. Something I would do differently would be to add a face to him along with a torch in his hand. A career this ties to is a toy maker.
