We got our legos, Harper started making the shark and I started making an island

We took apart our shark because we didn't need it anymore and we started making a boat

We finished the boat and started taking pictures with it

Using legos, I created a couple going on an adventure because it seemed interesting.
During this process, I learned how to do stop motion.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to creative communicator because me and Harper gave each other ideas.
A challenge I overcame on this project was not having enough frames. I was able to do it by coming up with more ideas on what the lego people should do.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change that ours was a little short. The reason why I would change it is because we didn't really know what else to do.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in animation because I used stop motion to animate a video.
