7P1 - About Me Video

Using iPad and iMovie, I created a video about my favorite things because I want people to know more about me.

During this process, I learned how to use iMovie and finding images with Creative Commons license.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Digital Citizen because I made sure I was using the internet safely and made sure I only used my first name.

A challenge I overcame on this project was learning how to use iMovie, because it was a bit confusing at first. I was able to do it by asking my friends for help.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change that I didn't use enough pictures. The reason why I would change it is because I feel like I didn't use enough.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing.  My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School.  

My project connects to careers in Video Studio Director because this job deals with making videos.
