6p1 3d design

1 I will be working by myself

2. I will be needing a computer, www.tinkercad.com account, to use a 3d printer, and a filament for a 3d printer

3. I will make some kind of a key chain.

4. It will be unique because I will customize it to fit my aesthetic.

I learned that to make something that is custom for yourself, you need to adjust things just right. I also learned that when you get your 3d print, if it cant stand on its own, it has a shell, and its not just a malfunction. a challenge I overcame was adjustment of my customized item. I would only like to change how sharp the pencil is that the bear is holding.

• Using The 3d printer, I created a bear keychain because of an inside joke me and my friends have about a little plastic bear we got from a rollar rama, so i made the bair's mom.

• During this process, I learned that not everything is as easy as it seems.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to these rules because I didnt just make something to make it, I made something that has a meaning.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was how to adjust things pretty good. I was able to do it by spending a bit of time working at it.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change the project's meaning, like make something I could use in an every day basis . The reason why I would change it is because a keychain is a want, and I wanna make something I need.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the creativity of the CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers like accessory store, because many of those stores have creative keychains like this .
