Using the micro bit, a coding website called https://makecode.microbit.org/, batteries, and a cord, I created 8 coded projects on the micro bit. the first one was my name, the second magic 8 square, the third is the arrow clicker and more. I made these little games because they were simple and enjoyable. During this process, I learned how to work with buttons and coding and how to download coding to the micro bit. The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Empowered Learner because I had known nothing about coding when I started this project, and now I know how to code. A challenge I overcame on this project was teaching myself how to code. I had no one around me to help due to absences. I was able to do it by myself and figured out how easy it was. Given a chance to do this again, I would change the way my thinking process on the transferring of the code to the micro bit. The reason why I would change it is because It took me a while to do it correctly.
