For my 10th project I made an dash code. Instead of doing lengthy dash code I went with a short/loop dash code. The short code style I used was a loop code. Which means all I have to do is make one code and I can have it do the same code as many times as I want, loop code. I did a dash code because our teacher said for our 10 project we had to do a coding project.
What I learned from this project is that using a loop in your code makes coding much easier and quicker. I say this because it tacks longer to make a long code that repeats itself than to simply make one code that loops. I also leaned from this project the best thing to have is space. Space is the best thing because if you have space your project will go smoothly because there is nothing to run into that can mess your project up.
Out of the seven standards this project ties to Empowered Learner. I felt empowered because I created the code. This project also ties to Global Collaborator. This is true because I am sharing my project with the world on my website. Also it ties to Knowledge Constructor because I am sharing my knowledge of learning to simplify coding by coding in loop.
A challenge I over came during this project was space. I say this because there was multiple times I had to restart because the dash ran into something in it's path. I over came the challenge of space, by trying again and moving object in the classroom to create more space so the project can go smoothly. Space is an important so try to have it.
If I had a chance to restart this project the one thing I would change is the code. I say this because there is some things I wish I could change is the code like the sounds. The reason I would change this is because the sounds don't fit my personality, and if the sounds were more me it would be more personal.
I enjoy coding because there are lot of careers I could chose in the future for coding. For example some careers are Software application developer, Web developer, and Computer programmer. All of those careers has something to do with coding.
