i completed it but its not 3min long because i was sick most of the time i needed to work on it

Reflection

Using iMovie and Legos, I created a stop‑motion video because I wanted to test my skills. While working on this project, I learned how to use iMovie and how to put the pictures together to make the video move.

This project connects to the class standard Innovative Designer because I designed the whole video myself. I also had to work with the Legos in a creative way so the characters looked like they were moving.

One challenge I had during this project was people getting into the shot. I fixed this problem by moving to a corner where no one would walk in front of the camera.

If I could do this project again, I would change the Legos I used. The characters kept falling over, which made it harder to take the pictures and slowed down the process.

Hastings High School’s Career and Technical Education programs include Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing. My project connects to the Digital Multimedia program because I used technology and media tools to create my stop‑motion video.

My project also connects to careers in stop‑motion animation because I created a full stop‑motion video. People who work in this field use similar techniques to bring objects and characters to life.
