Using wooden popsicle sticks, hot glue, and paint, I created a small table and a watch stand because I never had a place for my watch to sit when it was charging and I have damaged books by setting them of the tables in my room, so I could now elevate items to lessen the chance of damage.
During this process, I learned how to even out and smooth my popsicle sticks without restarting my project from the beginning.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because I was able to find a problem and fix it.
A challenge I overcame on this project was a uneven top on my table. I was able to do it by adding another layer of sticks to even it out.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the legs of the table. The reason why I would change it is because of the legs being different lengths make the table leans to one side.

Are you working by yourself or in a team?
I will be working on my own. Although I did have help coming up with a few ideas.
What materials will you need for your project?
Wooden popsicle sticks, clear hot glue, and paint.
What is your plan to create in this project?
I plan to create multiple ideas. Including a watch holder, a mini table, and a ceiling hanger.
What unique qualities will your project have?
One of the unique features of my projects is the height of the table.
Day 1- I wrote out my list of ten good ideas, then i chose my favorite and started working. I made the base of my watch holder.
Day 2- I answered the planning questions. I then added to more sticks to be the sides of the creation. Then I painted.
Day 3- Today I worked one my second part of the project, a tiny table. I made to of the four legs.
Day 4- I finished the last two legs and started on the top part of my table.
Day 5- I finished the top part of my table by adding more height and then help some friends with their projects.
Day 6- Today I started taking videos and editing. I also added the progress photos to my website. After I was finished making the video I attempted to add it to my website. I also created a folder in Google Drive to hold material for my website.
