REFLECTION

Using tinker cad, I created a chain chop key chain. The reason I made this is because I could not find my keys. Also I thought it was cool.
During this process, I learned how 3d print stuff. Also how to resize stuff. Also how to make a custom color.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer. It ties to this because I made prototypes.
A challenge I overcame on this project was making the teeth. I was able to do it by using premade shapes. Also by copying the top teeth to make the bottom teeth.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the size. The reason why I would change it is because it is a little small. Also because it is hard to get the waste out from behind the teeth.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Engineering Design CTE program at Hastings High School. It ties to is because designed a key chain.
My project connects to careers in 3d printing. It connects to careers in 3d printing because I made a 3d print. Also because I worked on designs in tinker cad.
