Day 1

I started scavenging for pieces to use for my platform.

Day 2

I finally finished my platform that i am mostly going to use for my fight scene.

Day 3

I started my first scene of my battle, forgot a peice of the lightsaber so i had to improvise for now.

Day 4

I began my lightsaber fight which I am so proud of, finally remembered the lightsaber piece.

Day 5

I made my light saber battle smoother. But I sadly had to make it slower for enough pictures :(

Day 6

I made a scene where they switch lightsabers which I thought was so cool.

Day 7

I made a cool push affect with the stop motion and I absolutely love it.

Day 8

me and my friend Makai did a little crossover with both of our films, and we made the end.

Day 9

Finished.

Using Imotion, Legos, and I movie, , I created a Lego light-saber duel because I thought it would be cool and fun too make one. During this process, I learned how to use stop motion better and how to edit it and send it to other apps, like google drive and I movie.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Creative Communicator because I made a original light-saber fight with Legos using platforms and tools.
A challenge I overcame on this project was finding out what I should do. I was able to do it by thinking of what I like so much that I wouldn't mind using it for a project, than i thought of Legos.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change how smooth I made the stop motion. The reason why I would change it is because I focused on it too much and making the video go fast, I didn't have enough time on my whole project, so i had too slow it down a lot, which I wish other people could see the original version.

My project connects to the engineering and design CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in designer, crafts person, and a design engineer.
