7p5 Robots

• Using, Dash, I robot, sphero mini, I made the robots do certain tasks because It would help me learn to code better at different stuff rather than just once specific thing, like devices webs.

• During this process, I learned how to code multiple robots, such as dash, the sphero mini, bolt, And I robot. Stuff I did with robots, like making the Irobot write my initials, and making the dash robot catapult a Lego tire, and making the bolt, jump and do party bomb.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to computational thinker because we came up with strategies for solving and understanding problems using robots and codes to figure it out. 

• A challenge I overcame on this project was trying to do the task, when I was doing all of them by myself. I was able to do it by getting friends to help me code most of all the robots, such as the sphero mini, bolt, and I robot.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change is how I didn't ask people for help half the time. The reason why I would change it is because I would have made my coding better, and getting to do the tasks faster. I took so long trying to do the code by myself, when I just could've asked for help.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the Engineering and design CTE program at Hastings High School.  My project connects to careers in Robotics engineer, hardware engineer, and computer scientist.
