7p3 Augmented Reality

Using co spaces, I created a ratatouille merge cube because I absolutely love the movie ratatouille because I watched it so much growing up, so I decided to make a merge cube out of it.

During this process, I learned how to use merge cubes, and edit them to make my ratatouille merge cube.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to a Empowered learner because I use technology to take an active role choosing and demonstrating their goals.

A challenge I overcame on this project was coming up with the scenes. I was able to do it by thinking of some of the ratatouille scenes from the movie, and shortening them, making them onto the merge cube.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change how I didn't think straight for the first two days. The reason why I would change it is because I was sitting there and trying to think of scenes to put on my merge cube, when I just had to remember the scenes from the movie.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the Computer Programming CTE program at Hastings High School.  My project connects to careers in Paraprofessional: Computer Programming/Software and Game Development, Senior Computer Engineer, and Senior Application Developer.
