“Design Thinking”
Design thinking is a way for problem solving that prioritizes deeply understanding human needs. It begins by building empathy with users to define a problem from their perspective, rather than an organization's. After understanding the core problem, teams ideate, or brainstorm, many creative solutions, and then build low-cost prototypes to test. The process moves fluidly between these stages, using feedback from testing to refine solutions, redefine the problem, or generate new ideas.
