I am working by myself in this project.

What materials will you need for your project?

A computer and a VR.

What is your plan to create in this project?

I am planning on making an escape room

What unique qualities will your project have?

It'll involve logic.

Day 1

I did my planning questions and list of 10.

Started making the escape room.

I started making the code to make the key open the door.

I added a few extra rooms and added props and more details

I added a top floor more a bit more puzzles (aka more keys).

I finished the escape room and started making the video.

Reflection

Using a computer, and CoSpace, I created a short escape room because I saw a cool one on Cool Math Games and wanted to make one myself.
During this process, I learned the coding is difficult.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Knowledge Constructor because I had to look up and learn now to code a door open with a key.
A challenge I overcame on this project was that I had to code three doors with the same code rule but different names. I was able to do it by looking over my code and making sure everything was good.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change having more challenges. The reason why I would change it is because it wasnt hard enough to play.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in Mobile developer because they make games for smartphones and other hand held devices
