Using ipad and Imovie, I created a video about me and my favorite things because I wanted to make a video about me and everything I like and/or have.
During this process, I learned how to use Imovie example: how to record, add background sounds/extra sounds, adding images, make a good looking video and how to upload a video onto a website.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Creative Communicator because nobody's project looks perfectly like mine.
A challenge I overcame on this project was trying to get the titles to do their transistions. I was able to do some of the transistions by deleting the title and reloading it and it kind of worked.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change is some of the extra sounds. The reason why I would change it is because some of the sounds didnt really match the image it was playing with.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing. My project connects to the Digital Multimedia, CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in Video Editor because this job contains editing, storytelling, and making videos.
