REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Using an iPad, micro bit, computer , I created an 8ball, emotion flasher, and made my micro bit say my name, because I could code my micro bit to different things.
During this process, I learned to code a micro bit and the patience of making it. The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative and Designer because I was just being creative and not trying to copy off any one else projects.
A challenge I overcame on this project was learning how to upgrade the coding's. I was able to do it by using my resources like asking friends around me and looking at the website to see how to. Given a chance to do this again, I would change using up all the time I have and not take it for granted.
The reason why I would change it is because I felt like the time I used was small because sometimes I just talked to my friends when I shouldn't of. Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in Computer Programming.
