Reflection
Using iMovie and an iPad, I created a movie about a sport I love because I enjoy that sport a lot. During this process, I learned how to make a movie on iMovie and adding sounds on my movie. I love softball because it makes me happy and it was my happy place.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designers because I wasn't copying anyone's work I made my own knowing my plan. I don't think I was copying anyone because I did it of what I loved to do.
A challenge I overcame on this project was when I get left behind and not knowing how to do . I was able to do it by communicating with my classmates and looked on google classroom. I overcame this challenge by doing my work when I'm gone and learning how to do the tools so I don't get left behind.
Given a chance to do this again, I would add more pictures . The reason why I would change it is because I feel like I didn't have much time to talk. Also felt like my video was shorter than I planned what I can do better is add some basics.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Digital Multiple Media CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in Screenwriter and Special effects coordinator.
