During this project I work in a group of two. The materials that I will need are an I Robot, Market, and whiteboard. The plan is two make letters with the I Robot. This project is different form other because we are figuring out how to create letters with a robot.

Day 1: My partner and I were looking for something to do. So we chose I Robot and we started looking how to program it we found a candy cane that was all ready programmed and watched it and found out how to start programing it. We programmed it to make an H and we are working on making an M and an S for HMS representing are middle school.

Day 2: My partner and I worked on making the M and we finished so now were working on our web site and we will do the S tomorrow.

Day 3: we made the S and also we I finished making my google sites and tomorrow we are going to work on our movie.

day 4: My partner and I have finished everything so we are working on the I movie and the voice over.

Using I Robot, I-pads, and a marker, I created HMS logo because that logo represents the school that I go to.
During this process, I learned how to use4 robots to create letters with a marker.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to creative communicator because my partner and I figured out how to dram HMS with a I Robot
A challenge I overcame on this project was figuring out how to make it turn on angles and program it. I was able to do it by trail and error by looking at other people and learning how to program it.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the thickness of the letters by making them thicker. The reason why I would change it is because making it go over the area right to the side of it to make it bolder.

My project connects to the compute programing CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in coding.
