Day 1) Day one my partner and I were looking for things to do.
Day 2) We picked to do a news channel on the green screen with four people counting me.
Day 3) We started working on our videos and started to trouble shoot with the green screen.
Day 4) We finished our first videos and know were working on to our last one.

Day 5) We finished our videos and know we were working on editing our videos and fixing last project.
Day 6) We were done with editing and I spent the class time working on google sites.

What materials will you need for your project? I will need a tablet and a green screen
What is your plan to create in this project? Our plan to create in this project is two videos one with sports and one with a weather report.
What unique qualities will your project have? Our unique qualities we well have our an audience.
Using a green screen, I created a news report because it sounded like a fun idea and it was fun. Another reason that we chose this because we were looking for a group project and also we haven't done it before this year. During this video that is below these paragraph's we have two section one with a weather report and one with a sports report.
During this process, I learned how to use a green screen. We also learned how to create special sound affects on the videos like the songs that opens and closes the video. Lastly, we learned one last thing and that was how to work a green and how to film them.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to creative communicator because we expressed are self clearly on a platform. I say this because I worked with my group to express our selves on a green screen and we communicated with each other to help create our project.
A challenge I overcame on this project was editing the green screen affect to work.. I was able to do it by watching instruction videos to help my group and I to learn how to apply a green screen affect on our videos. We learned how to do this and also we made many videos on the weather and also sports that are combined into one video.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the project that we did and I would like to do a classroom project with all my class mates and create a cool video for the end of our years in middle school. The reason why I would change it is because I think it would be a great idea and would be really fun for all of our class mates for an end of the year project.

My project connects to the Digital multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in movie making and in the news careers.
