Daily log
Day 1. Looked at videos and did the list of 25
Day 2. made Pacman game
Day 3. Edited and put in the videos
Day 4. I did my learning questions.
Day 5. I reviewed the rubric to make sure I got a good grade
Using Makey Makey, I created a playdough piano, bongos, flappy bird, and Tetris because we couldn't figure out what else to do.
During this process, I learned that it's difficult to work in a group sometimes.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to empowered learner because I set a goal to create more than 2 things, and I reflected on that goal in the end.
A challenge I overcame on this project was working in a group. I was able to do it by just getting through it.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change which ones I did. The reason why I would change it is because we only used playdough, and we could've been a lot more creative with it.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. This video has Autumn playing the piano with playdough as the keys. We took playdough and we made little keys. Next, we attached the alligator cords to the playdough and the Makey Makey. Last, we plugged the Makey Makey into my Chromebook and played a piano app.
This is a video of Autumn playing playdough bongos. We made bongos out of playdough, and put designs on the top. Second, we attatched the alligator cords to the Makey Makey and bongos. Lastly, we used a Makey Makey bongo app.
This is a video of Autumn playing flappybird witha playdough button. She made a ball, and connected the alligator cord to it. Next, she attatched it to the Makey Makey, and the Makey Makey to the computer. She then she looked up Makey Makey games and found the flappy bird game, and played it.
This is a video of Autumn playing tetris with playdough arrows. She made the arrows with playdough, and connected them to the Makey Makey. Then she went to Makey Makey.com and found the game Tetris. She connected the Makey makey to the computer, and played it.
