The Housing & Facilities Coordinator assists faculty, staff, students and external constituents in the event planning process, including space reservation, set-up, resource and service requests.
The Housing & Facilities Coordinator will:
consult on large internal events, conferences, receptions, lectures
provide guidance to faculty and staff on scheduling and reserving
answer questions about resources/services needed for an event
assist an external organization in planning an event
assist with sponsoring an event with an external organization
