Plan an Event

The Housing & Facilities Coordinator assists faculty, staff, students and external constituents in the event planning process, including space reservation, set-up, resource and service requests.

The Housing & Facilities Coordinator will:

    • consult on large internal events, conferences, receptions, lectures

    • provide guidance to faculty and staff on scheduling and reserving

    • answer questions about resources/services needed for an event

    • assist an external organization in planning an event

    • assist with sponsoring an event with an external organization
