Parents/Guardians,
Hope you all are off to a fantastic summer! Although we are several weeks from the start of school, I wanted to make you aware of all of the important dates and any information we can front-load to you at this time. There will be a Parent Orientation Video that will come out in our next update with additional information to help with a smooth start to the new year. In the meantime, you can avail yourself of our Parent/Student Handbook, Grade Supply Lists, Bell Schedule, and the HIS Carline process(Everyone loves a good carline). We believe STRONGLY in consistent communication. This newsletter will be the format used for posting schoolwide information throughout the year. You can also check out our social media pages or website for information.
As always, you may contact any of our front office staff, Jake Hembree(Assistant Principal), or myself should you have any questions. We are gearing up for great things in 23-24 at Hartselle Intermediate!

Important Dates
Everyone LOVES a GREAT Carline!
Please be aware of speed, directional/campus signage, and safety cones throughout the carline areas. The safety of our students is our priority.
When exiting the north gate, no left turn will be permitted. Our buses can't make the turn onto Petain. Feel free to utilize Haig Street.

No phone call check outs are permitted.
Attendance Policy
Students will be considered UNEXCUSED until a written notice has been given to our staff. Even if you are choosing to quarantine, we still need you to contact the front office to document that information.

3. Enter the name or NPO number of the organization you wish to support.
4. Select the appropriate organization from the list and click “Save”.
Your selected organization will also display in the Kroger Community Rewards section of your account.
