A vision for Colleges that fully embrace diversity
Let's teach and learn about Antiracist attitudes
Diversity: how do we define it? To me is the understanding that we all have some unique view to share with the world. We all have strengths that need to be acknowledged and celebrated. Diversity is much more than a physical appearance. It is the background, the way we feel, the struggles and accomplishments.
In this Site, I am attempting to capture testimonials from BIPOC groups, so we can use it to teach others who could benefit from learning about this, or those who have had the privilege to never have to work harder because of their backgrounds.
