On Wednesday 3rd May, Year 2 visited St Peter & St Paul's Church in Ash. They enjoyed learning about the different features of the church and looking at the Christian Bible.
On Friday 5th May, the children in Year 2 had a great time celebrating the King's Coronation. We created our own crowns and enjoyed a lovely picnic outside, followed by enthusiastic dancing and party games!
Year 2 enjoyed working with their learning partners to create their own WALL-E robots.
During the last week of term 5, the children in year 2 had a great time celebrating Pirate Week. They completed lots of pirate themed activities including an exciting scavenger hunt. We finished the week with a wonderful pirate party on the lower field.
A big thank you to all the grown ups who came into school to support us with this week!
