Course Information

Why should I study Criminology at college?

Criminology is a 2 year course that is a really fascinating subject, delving in to the reasons why crime is committed and how society can take steps to prevent it. Mixing aspects from Law, Psychology and Sociology, you'll explore questions such as:

Why do people offend?
How should we punish offenders?
How does the media shape our understanding of crime?

Due to the content covered in Criminology, the course compliments other subjects very very well such as Law, Sociology, Psychology and many more humanities based subjects!
