WHY BAND CAMP?
Band Camp is an important kick off for the marching season. Students learn the fundamentals of marching and develop a strong rapport with their band family. If your student is unable to attend camp, we will do everything possible to bring them up to speed when school begins. However, due to the safety of our marching members, your student will most likely play an alternate role for the first home football game. They WILL be included in all subsequent performances! If you have any questions regarding the participation of your student, please contact the director, Brad Laibly, by email at bradlaibly@hartlandschools.us.

Physical Form - Due July 15, 2026 (Must be dated after April 15, 2026)
Permission Slip (PDF to print and return) - Due July 15, 2026
Medication for Students, if applicable. Note, medication includes over-the-counter medications (i.e. ibuprofen, acetaminophen, allergy, etc)
Please place meds in a Ziploc bag labeled with the student's name on it
