Upon the completion of the 7th semester, students who have earned a cumulative, weighted GPA of 4.0, or higher, are considered Senior Honor Scholars. Senior Honor Scholars will be recognized for their outstanding academic achievement by receiving a medallion to be worn at the graduation ceremony along with their red cap and gowns. Medallions will be given to Senior Honor Scholars at cap and gown distribution after the senior meeting.
We are so proud of all of you and would like to share your successes! The annual Senior Awards Night will occur on Monday, May 18th at 6:30 p.m. in the Hart Auditorium. This evening will recognize senior students who have received special awards and honors. Invitations will be given to seniors early in May. Seniors should arrive NO LATER THAN 6:00 p.m. to the event.
We will be having our senior breakfast and yearbook signing on Wednesday, May 20th, starting at 9:00am. Breakfast will be served in the quad area in front of the Administration Office.
Yearbooks are available for pre-order! They must be purchased online at yearbookordercenter.com with a school code of 6848 before May 1st, 2026. Starting May 1st Yearbooks will be available to purchase in the ASB office. Yearbook distribution will happen prior to graduation. Yearbooks are limited, make sure to purchase yours before they run out! Senior Sunset will take place on Tuesday, May 19th, from 7pm-8:30pm. Come enjoy free food and our beautiful sunset activity.
This is a MANDATORY informational meeting for all seniors. Those who do not attend will NOT participate in the graduation ceremony.

This meeting will discuss the traditions, protocol, and expectations regarding graduation.
PRIOR to this meeting, by Thursday, May 21st, 2026, all textbooks must be turned in and all delinquencies cleared.
To participate in graduation and to receive your cap & gown, you must sign and return the graduation participation agreement at the conclusion of the senior meeting. Mr. D'autremont hands these out in your classes. If you need another copy you can stop by the Assistant Principal's Office.

The cap and gown are to be worn for graduation night. Every effort should be made to have your gown neatly pressed before it is worn to graduation.

During the graduation ceremony, each student's name will be read aloud. To be sure your name is pronounced correctly, please fill out this form for the name readers. To access the form you must be using your school account (@my.hartdistrict.org) NAME PRONUNCIATION
It is time to verify the name that will be printed on your Hart senior diploma. Diploma names will be printed as they appear in Infinite Campus and may not match your birth certificate if another preferred name is used. Please check the full name, including the middle name as it appears in Infinite Campus. If the name looks correct in Infinite campus, you do not need to do anything. Let us know in writing if you would like any changes/corrections to be made and be sure to send us the complete name (including middle name) as you would like it to appear.

All library books are due by May 18th.
Textbook materials are due after the final exam period for each class. Hotspots are due after your last final exam.

Seniors are responsible for requesting final transcripts for any college or university. It is recommended that requests be submitted to the Registrar’s Office before May 22nd, 2026. Transcripts will be mailed by June 26th, 2026. Final transcripts will be issued only if delinquencies are cleared. Transcripts can only be requested online through Xello.
