Before you get started...
The application process is split into 5 stages, covering information about your business, yourself and why you want to hire Kickstart young people. It will take about 10-15 minutes to complete. Please note the form can't be saved, you will need to complete in one go.
Before you start take some time to review the application questions. Some require up to 400 word answers, so we suggest reviewing the questions, preparing your answers in a separate document and then pasting these into the form below.
Update 14th June 2021
Due to the huge surge in applications for Kickstart roles through Hospitality Unite & Springboard (over 2000 as of this week), The Department of Work & Pensions (the DWP, who run applications/funding for the scheme nationally) has paused all new approvals of existing & new applications through Springboard as a gateway employer until further notice. This is to allow young people to be shortlisted and placed in currently open roles, before adding more to the internal DWP job board (accessed by JobCentre coaches who help to place young people).
