ACTION ITEM: CHECK YOUR PRINT QUEUE and UNPAUSE IT.
Apple Menu (top left) > System Preferences
Click Printers & Scanners
Your System & Preference may look like this
or like this.
Find your printer and click on it. Pictured here you can see the 4th_5th_Color_IPP printer is paused.
Click Open Print Queue button.
Your Printers & Scanners may look like this.
Clear any duplicate jobs by clicking on the delete button next to the job.
Click on the unpause button to restart the queue
Did unpausing your print queue fix your issue?
