If you are printing a PDF, make sure the PDF is open from Adobe Acrobat Reader.
By default, the Preview App on Macs opens PDF's.
Finder > Applications > Adobe Acrobat Reader > File > Open > navigate to the PDF and open it

Finder > Applications > Manager > click on Classroom Manager drop-down to access Self-Service > My Apps > Adobe Acrobat Reader > install
