Elementary School- Applications are accepted throughout the year, starting on July 8 and ending at Spring Break.
Middle/High School- applications to Hardin County Virtual School will be accepted continuously throughout the year. However, only new students to Hardin County or current home school students will be considered for mid-trimester enrollment. Students currently enrolled in a Hardin County School will be considered for Virtual School Enrollment at the beginning of each Trimester.
BE SURE TO HIT "SUBMIT" AT THE END OF THE FORM OR WE WILL NOT RECEIVE IT.

High school students who are coming to virtual from homeschool:
Parents must submit an official homeschool transcript for any coursework they would like considered for credit toward graduation requirements. Homeschool transcripts will be forwarded to the Board of Education, where a curriculum review team will evaluate the coursework and determine which credits are eligible for transfer to the student’s Hardin County Schools transcript.
If a student has completed coursework that is not approved for transfer but is offered through Hardin County Schools, the parent may request that the student take a course proficiency examination. Students who earn a score of 68% or higher on the proficiency exam will be awarded credit for the course, and the credit will be recorded on the student’s Hardin County Schools transcript.
