• Payment Schedule

  • • April 3: Uniform $100

      • Payment must be received before you can receive your uniform

    • June 1: Spot Camp $100

      • Payment must be received before you can attend spot camp

    • July 13: Band Camp $100

      • Payment must be received before you can attend band camp

    • Aug 8: BOA Trip $100 

      • Payment must be received before you can attend the BOA Trip

    • Sept 12: Fall Break Camp $100 

      • Payment must be received before you can attend fall break

    • Oct 8: KMEA Championships $100

      • Payment must be received before you can attend the Championships

Ways to pay:

1. Pay online using Cheddar Up, an online payment processing center linked directly to our band booster bookkeeping software! 

2. Place a check or cash in the payment box in the band room.

   • Checks must be placed in an envelope that includes the student's name, the amount of money in the envelope, and what the payment is for.

   • Make checks payable to Central Hardin Band Boosters and include the student's name in the memo portion.

3. Mail a check or money order. (We must receive the reimbursement money before we can allow a student to participate/receive their uniform; it cannot just be in the mail)
