The Central Hardin Band is a student-led organization supported by the Central Hardin Band Boosters. Because your child is in band you ARE a member of the CHMB Band Boosters. It takes the untiring support from our Booster Parents, YOU, for the band to achieve at its highest potential. YOU are a big part of their success! How can you help?
Kentucky law and Hardin County Board of Education policy defines a volunteer as anyone who has contact with students on either:

has supervisory responsibility for children at a school site or on school-sponsored trips.
The individuals that meet these criteria must complete a background check administered by completing the volunteer background check below. Watch the Volunteer Procedures Video below or reach out if you have and questions!
Thank you for your time and service!

We need chaperones to ride buses with us and help with student supervision on Contest Days. Our chaperones help us with calling roll, monitoring students on buses, traveling with students to change at the contest site, and more!
The CH Band runs and profits from concessions sales at all home football games. Our concessions volunteers help stock the concession area, cook or put together food items, manage lines, and make sales during our Friday night games.
Our fabulous Pit Crew parents help us at both football games and band competitions. This is a dedicated crew of around 25 adults that help assist the front ensemble with moving their equipment around various locations as needed.
Additional information about any special events will be posted as they draw near.
