注意事項

・台数制限あり、先着順

・皆様に快適にお過ごしいただくため、近隣および他の入居者様への静音へのご協力をお願いいたします（深夜・早朝の空ぶかしや長時間のアイドリングはお控えいただき、お静かなご利用をお願いいたします）

・保安基準に適合した道路運送車両法遵守のお車にてご利用をお願いいたします

・著しい騒音や違法改造等の対応が必要と判断された場合、契約取消や利用制限のご相談をさせていただく場合がございます

How to use

Limited availability, first-come, first-served.

To ensure a comfortable environment for all residents and neighbors, we kindly ask for your cooperation in keeping noise levels down (please refrain from revving engines or prolonged idling, especially late at night or early in the morning).

Please ensure your vehicle complies with standard road safety and legal regulations.

In cases where severe noise issues or non-compliant modifications arise, parking agreements may be subject to review, cancellation, or restricted access.
