ご入居時に『ご入居のご案内』という件名でお送りしているメールより、暗証番号をご確認ください。
Please check your security code in the email with the subject "【Important】Move-in Guide," which was sent to you at the time of move-in.

・配達されたお荷物は、お早めのお取り出し・各居室へのご移動にご協力ください。
・長期間お取り出しがない場合は、スタッフにてお荷物を取り出し、居室前へ移動もしくは処分させていただく可能性がございますのでご了承ください。
・Please pick up your delivered packages promptly and move them to your room.
・Please note that if a package is left for an extended period, staff may remove it and place it in front of your room or dispose of it.

郵便物
郵送物をまとめ紙片（メモ用紙・ふせんなど）に『誤配です。この住所にこの人は住んでいません』と記載し貼り付けをし、お近くの郵便ポストへ投函いただくか、郵便局へその旨お伝えいただくようお願い申し上げます。このとき、もし郵便物が2通以上ある場合は、輪ゴムかひもで縛って投函してください。以後、郵便局で手続きが行われ、前居住者宛の郵便物は差し止められます。
宅配物
開封をせず、配送元の宅配業者へご連絡ください。
Post Mail
Please attach a note (such as a memo or sticky note) stating, "Misdelivered. This person does not live at this address," and drop it into a nearby mailbox or inform a post office. If there are two or more items, please bundle them with a rubber band or string before mailing. The post office will then process this and stop further deliveries addressed to the previous resident.
Courier Parcels
Do not open the parcel. Please contact the respective delivery company directly.
