Julius Caesar was born in July 13, 100 BC. His family was poor, his father was dead when he was 16. His family was an old patrication. He's a skilled politician.

In 60BC he made an alliance with city near Rome, so he became the consul. He persuade Senate give his command to him in southern Gaul. He prove himself conquered Gaul extending Roman territory as far as English channel. His popularity soared in Rome.

After Caesar's daughter died who had married to pompey, the bond between the two men began weaken. They afraid Caesar's power. The Sanate decided support Pompey and the two men againts each other. Caesar was ordered to came back and give up his command, if he did not it'll mean war.

January he dified Senate took his army cross the Rubicon river to Italy. Pompey retreated Greece, so Caesar control of Rome. He defeated Pompey and crush rebellions in north Africa and Spain. By 45BC, Caesar became most powerful leader Rome have ever had ever had. Caesar helped poor a lot, but he took decisions without consulting Senate. Some politicians worried he's grown to strong, so senetors stabbed on March 15, 44BC. Than a civil war end the Republic finally.
