Luo Xiaoyan is a Ph.D. student in Korean Studies at the Graduate School of International Studies, Hanyang University, specializing in Korean politics and political economy. She holds an M.Phil in Philosophy from Shenzhen University and a B.A. in English Literature from Central South University. With over a decade of professional experience in academic and teaching management at leading institutions such as Beijing Institute of Technology and Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen), she has developed expertise in coordinating interdisciplinary programs and fostering research collaboration. Her current work critically examines the interplay of policy frameworks, economic strategies, and sociopolitical dynamics in contemporary Korea.
