Huong Giang Nguyen

Nguyen Huong Giang is a Vietnamese Ph.D. candidate in Korean Studies at Hanyang University. She holds an MBA in Global Business at Sejong University and has a strong academic background in Global Business. With a passion for Korean culture and language, she and her colleagues completed building the first free online Korean learning website in Vietnam with a full curriculum from beginning to advanced level, jamjamkorean.com, which incorporates vivid illustrations, well rounded Korean content that is friendly and accessible to all range of learners. Until now, this website has attracted more than 4000 Vietnamese users. She is also a Korean book translator for two Vietnamese publishers, Van Lang Publishing House and Shinebooks Publishing House. The best-selling book she translated is “내가 살인자의 마음을 읽는 이유” by author Kwon Il Yong. She is also a co-author of Korean language practice books from McBooks Publishing House. With a passion for Korean language and culture, she was also appointed Head of Korean Studies major at Nguyen Trai University in Ha Noi, Vietnam.
