LIVES*Technology Ideathon Participation Rules

This event provides a safe and respectful environment for all participants, where everyone's ideas, skills, and contributions are valued, and individual expression is encouraged.

Please refrain from disclosing or using any personal information or secrets of the participants (such as gender, gender identity, and expression, sexual orientation, physical appearance, body size, medical conditions, race, age, or religion) obtained during this event, including but not limited to recording, filming, or sharing on social media. Confidentiality is required.

Avoid imposing political or religious views on others and creating a hierarchical or comparative environment.

Actively share your opinions and ideas.

To ensure that everyone has an opportunity to speak, do not speak for too long and listen to others. Asking questions is encouraged.

Do not criticize others' opinions (instead, focus on the positive aspects), and use "yes/and" instead of "no/but."

You have the right to pass on speaking or sharing your opinions if you choose.

We aim to focus on open and accessible technology and tools that benefit the public rather than personal gain.

Hands On Tokyo expects that these rules will be followed to maintain the above conditions. We reserve the right to request that anyone violating these rules not participate in the event.
