Testing Resources

To access Learning Locator, click on the link below. Then:

  • scroll down to "To get started, select your state or entity:"
  • select Minnesota
  • click the button that says "Enter Family Site"
  • enter your Learning Locator code from your OLPA score report into the box at the top, right corner of the page

When you're there, you will notice that there are four categories of math problems listed in the top left corner of the page (Algebra, Geometry & Measurement, Number & Operation, and Data Analysis & Probability). There is also a color code key just below those boxes to indicate the areas in which you exceed, meet, partially meet, or do not meet the standards. Start on the areas in which you need the most improvement.

There are several types and formats of activities. Types of activities include printables (like worksheets), interactive websites (like math games), and videos. The formats of the activities could be practice (you do the work) or instruction (you learn the work through the activity). Try a variety!
