They offer a variety of classes for K-12, College, and Adult Learners. From what I can tell the classes are free. There's even one with Common as the speaker on "Finding Your Voice". I registered my son and was not required to enter any CC info...totally FREE!

The HCS Self-Care Activities and Programs - 21/22 provides a comprehensive list of physical and mental health initiatives taking place through the HCS Health & Wellness Center.
An EAP counselor is now available at the HCS Employee Health & Wellness Center. Contact 757-315-8100 to schedule an appointment.
Effective February 1, 2022, HCS is partnering with Care Solace to quickly connect staff as well as students and their families to quality mental health and substance use treatment providers. The service is available 24/7/365 (including nights, weekends, holidays and school breaks). Additional information regarding this service will be available in the near future.
