Juniors and Seniors are encouraged to apply to tutor after school at Eggers Middle School.  

Below are some frequently asked questions that might help you decide if you would like to take advantage of this opportunity! 

What if I have no tutoring experience?

NO WORRIES!  Training will be provided.

How much time will I need to spend tutoring?

1-2 days per week for about an hour each day after school.  

Do I have to be an honor student to tutor?

NO!  The subjects that you will be tutoring are middle school level.  

Why should I do it?

• It can be used to fulfill the Employability Skills (Bucket 2) requirement for graduation

• It looks great on your resume for a job or for college applications

• You will gain valuable skills that can lead to paid opportunities down the road (eg. tutoring for an agency or on a college campus)
