Open Workday, click on ‘Academics’
Under Planning & Registration, click on ‘More’
Click on ‘View My Saved Schedules’
Click on Start Date within box and select your schedule, click OK
Watch for Alerts on top of page and check them out to try to resolve them
**Note** It is important to get any alerts resolved before 7am on the day you register so that your process of registering is not slowed down and courses close. **
After resolving your alerts and it’s 7am on the day you are scheduled to register, click on ‘Register’
Note which courses you are and are not registered
Drop a course During Registration
After registering, , click on ‘Academics’
Under Planning & Registration, click on ‘More’
Click on ‘View My Courses’ and slide the bar to go way to the right of the screen where Drop or Swap become options.
Click on ‘Drop’, Click on ‘Confirm’ and then ‘OK’ and ‘Done’ on the next window.
Add a course During Registration
Click on ‘Academics’
Click on ‘Find Course Sections for Registration’ under Planning and Registration
Click on the Start Date within box and select 2021-2022 Academic Year
Select Fall 2021 (09/01/2021-12/16/2021)
Select Undergraduate for Academic Level, click ‘OK’
Use the search choices in left panel, some of the useful choices:
Section Status: Select Open to see which courses are not full
Course Definition: Gives full course name and number with number of sections in parenthesis
Course Tags: Area of Study, Hamline Plan
Upon finding a course that fits your plan, click on ‘Register’

Monday-Friday 9:30am-12pm and 1:30pm-4pm
Either in person in the lower level of Bush Memorial Library or virtually (https://meet.google.com/yfa-ukxg-afs)

CLA/HSE students select the Academic Year
HSB students select the Academic Year (16-week terms)
