Search student’s name by typing it into the top bar
If it does not pop up, then click on ‘All of Workday’ in left panel
Click on student’s name
Click on ‘Academics’ on the left and discuss their registration plans
Click on ‘Action Items and Holds’ on the left panel
Click on the ‘Active Holds’ tab towards top
Click ‘Advising Hold’ box - towards top of right panel, hover over the magnifying glass with the three dots and click on the 3 dots
In the pop-up box, click ‘Holds’ and then click ‘Remove Hold’ in second pop-up box
Click ‘Confirm’ box towards bottom left and then click ‘submit’
The request shows up in the Faculty member’s inbox.
Open the request
Add a note if you wish and click ‘Approve’ and ‘Submit’ on the next window.

The first box is to request more information from the student.
Click on the three dots next to Approve Send Back and select Deny
Type in the reason in the pop-up box and click submit
Type roster into the open bar at the top of the window
Click on ‘View Course Section Roster’
Select the term, course
The Roster of Registered Students Pops-up (Use Canvas or EAB for student emails)
Search student’s name by typing it into the top bar

Check if they have the "Onboarding Financial Disclosure Acknowledgement" hold
