We offer a range of resources and services, including:
Educational Content: Up-to-date information on alcohol and drug safety, including the risks and effects of substance use.
Support Resources: Tools and contacts for those seeking help or needing guidance.
Community Engagement: We have weekly meetings on Tuesday during convo hour (11:30a - 12:30p). We put on a few "drug and alcohol" related events throughout the school year. This upcoming year will have Movies & Mocktails on Nov. 11th (7p-9p) and Spring Break Party on March 3rd (7p - 9p).
Amnesty (Good Samaritan) Provision for Illegal Drug/Alcohol Violations: When on campus and assisting an individual who is intoxicated or under the influence of illegal drugs and who needs medical assistance or assistance due to a sexual assault by alerting university staff (e.g., RA, residence professional staff member, Office of Public Safety) or other appropriate authorities, neither the impaired individual nor those who seek such help will be subject to formal disciplinary action for violation of this policy.
