The A+ Schools Program is managed by the Missouri Department of Higher Education and the funds are appropriated annually by the State of Missouri legislators. Students who successfully meet the program's requirements are eligible for scholarship funds to participating public community colleges or vocational schools. Penney High's program is locally controlled by the high school principal, A+ Coordinator, and Board of Education. The policies that govern this program may be found by clicking on key words in each requirement below.
Several four-year universities also offer scholarships to students completing the A+ requirements. Check with your university's financial aid office for details.
