PHS A+ School
The A+ Schools Program is managed by the Missouri Department of Higher Education and the funds are appropriated annually by the State of Missouri legislators. Students who successfully meet the program's requirements are eligible for scholarship funds to participating public community colleges or vocational schools. Penney High's program is locally controlled by the high school principal, A+ Coordinator, and Board of Education.
