Parents, in an effort to reduce the cost of printing and to be more efficient with uploading documents, all Elementary School Forms are now only available online. 

The following documents are available to parents now via Parent Portal: 

Elementary School Parent Portal Forms:

• Student Device Acceptable Use and Checkout Agreement (Grades K, 6, 9 and any new enrollment that did not attend Hall Co schools in FY23-24)

• Book Notification Form

• Compulsory Education Notification

• Excused/Unexcused Absences Notification: – this is a document only, no eSignature is needed

• Sick Symptoms Notification to Parents – this is a document only, no eSignature is needed

• Elementary Program Acknowledgement

  • This form includes the following:

    • Safer, Smarter Kids

    • Student Risk Screening Scale

    • GA Department of Education Student Health Survey

• Elementary Student Release Signature Page

• Kindergarten and School Attendance Notice (Kindergarten only) – this is a document only, no eSignature is needed

Parents that need to set up a new parent portal account should be directed to the IC Portal login link on Hallco.org. All parent resources are located under the ‘IC Parent Resources Click Here’ button.

All parent/guardians will be required to complete an Annual Update when first logging into Parent Portal for the 24-25 School Year before accessing the rest of portal. This is not a new application, all information will be pre-populated. 

Please be sure all information is up-to-date and fill in any missing required fields. 

Note: a parent/ID Is required to submit the application.
